However, brokers don’t always have predefined costs themselves, as, in the end; they often take commission from the purchase. Commission is generally expressed like an area of the need for the purchase. Therefore, you’ll frequently see real estate agents chasing after the ‘big fish’: high-value qualities with large returns.
